Pheasant is a renovated Barn conversion, which includes a ground floor double bedroom (with en-suite), a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. A tastefully decorated lounge, fully fitted kitchen and a first floor bathroom make this an excellent place for your stay.

Heron and Swan are two identical Barn conversions with exposed original features, offering outstanding quality and comfort.
Swan and Heron both have a downstairs double bedroom and bathroom which are situated off an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Upstairs is a galleried twin bedroom that overlooks the living area.
At the front of each barn is a private decking area, complete with tables and chairs ideal for outdoor dining and at the rear of the barn there is a sheltered patio/BBQ area.

Kestrel is a secluded detached property set within its own enclosed garden. It has a very comfortable sitting room with patio doors looking out to the patio and garden and a spacious kitchen with breakfast area and separate dining room. The rooms consist of a master double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a second double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and family bathroom.

This superb detached traditional house in Ely, with its large delightful garden, is ideal for a family get together or to relax and unwind, whatever the season.
Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, tea rooms and the imposing cathedral in the historical city of Ely.
Close by is the attractive river, where you can relax and watch the waterborne world go by, or sample the many riverside pubs.
It is ideally placed to explore the many delights that Cambridgeshire has to offer. Golf and fishing can be found locally.
Visit the famous Wicken Fen and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Welney, as well as Anglesey Abbey (NT). Within a 30-minute drive lies the city of Cambridge with its art galleries, colleges, botanical gardens and punts on the River Cam. Also close by is Newmarket, the centre of racing and many outdoor venues, and Bury St Edmunds with its abbey gardens.
The north Norfolk coast and the Queens Estate at Sandringham is an easy drive. Shop 500 yards, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Campsite
Please note: Camping and Caravanning guests do not have access to the Pool facilities.
In addition to the our other accommodation, we are pleased to also offer a registered site for five caravans, with electrical hook-up if required.

Tents are also very welcome.This is a very quiet and private site and pets are welcome too.
