Caves Farm Barns are very pleased to offer the full use of the indoor heated pool and spa facilities to all guests who are residents in either the Pheasant, Swan, Heron or Kestel properties.

The pool facilities are open all year round from 9:00 hrs til 21:00 hrs, with the period between 19:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs available to guests as a private bookable period.

The Jacuzzi Spa seats up to five people and also provides 1 recliner position for added luxury. Within the pool building, you will have the added comfort of a changing room and clean towels are provided.

Due to Health and Safetly regulations, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Small childrens play area, this is suitable for children up to the age of 12 years old. We ask that all children are under adult supervison at all times.Adults please note the swing are only for the use of children. The grassed area behind the play equipment can be used for any games
